I love your Barn Star quilt. Can't wait for the pattern to come out!
I adore your Barn Star quilt and will try to wait patiently for the pattern!
Happy Mother’s Day to you too! Love the KT Barn Star. I’ve wanted one for a long time, but have no place suitable to hang it.
I love this pattern called Barn Star! I painted a quilt block on the loft door of our barn a few years ago -- it's the only one in Ozark COunty, Missouri. I'm wanting to do another one now for a different barn. But I might satisfy myself with a real quilt made from this pattern. :)
I've been wanting to paint a barn quilt, someday maybe. We don't do anything for Mothers' day. My daughter lives too far away. Love your quilt pattern.
I've been wanting to make a barn quilt, but haven't found a pattern I like. Well, now I have! I love it!!!
thanks for your wonderful compliment. It was soooo much fun painting it for you and your store!!!!!
We get so many compliments on it from customers. Love, love it!
Happy Fathers Day 2018 Wishes
Here's a simple, quick, tasty recipe for dinner & dessert. Angel Chicken: up to 6 boneless, skinless breast halves, 1/4 cup butter or olive oil, (1) 0.7 OZ pkg Italian salad dressing mix, 10 3/4 oz can cond. golden mushroom soup, 8 oz tub cream cheese with chives & onion. In med saucepan, melt butter, and add remaining ingredients. Heat, while stirring, until combined.Place chicken in crock pot. Pour sauce over top. Cover and cook on low setting 5-6 hours.Serve chicken over hot cooked angel hair pasta. Garnish with snipped chives if desired.(This recipe is very versatile. I've substituted Italian salad dressing for the butter and dry mix, I've used a brick of regular cream cheese. Sometimes I add a can of mushroom pieces. I've also baked the chicken and sauce for about 1 1/2 hour at 300 degrees.)For dessert - how about strawberry shortcake! Quick, easy shortcake: 1 3/4 cups flour, 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp grated orange peel, 3 Tbsp butter, 3/4 cup milk. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in orange peel. Cut in butter until the mix resembles coarse corn meal. Add milk, stirring until a soft dough forms. Knead slightly, roll to 1/2" thick. Cut into large biscuits or wedges. Bake at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes.Serve with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.Kind of a long comment, but I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I enjoyed the lovely Barn Star quilt.
Thanks so much! I think we've settled on grilling but the shortcake is a must do.
