My Prairie Life

Prairie Life - Kansas Troubles + Martingale

I'm delighted to announce my 2nd book in collaboration with Martingale. Our home in the country is the backdrop for the delightful pictures choreographed by Jennifer Keltner, Chief Visionary Officer at Martingale. She gathered my old stuff together in new and beautiful vignettes that make me appreciate my collections of "good junk" all over again.

Prairie Life is compilation of a more than dozen projects inspired by my life in the country. I created a collection of simple quilts, table runners and pillows to decorate my home throughout the year and wanted to share them with you. Many of the projects are offered in my unique Layered Patchwork technique, as well as traditional piecing. Here's a peek at a few of my favorites...

Building Blocks
Framed charm squares are the beginning of a scrappy lap quilt , mini quilt and pincushion project.

Double the Fun
Double up 4-patches in a 9-patch block for a quilt with a plan. Add the matching pillow sleeve and mini quilt for a coordinated decorating scheme for your home.

Sweet Melons
Our KT Melon Template and raw edge fused applique are a quick start to a fun mini quilt for any season. A charm pack provides scrappy goodness.

Prairie Life is due to arrive any day. Comment for a chance to win an autographed copy.

    2. Hi everyone I'm Olivia Hannah and am here to share the wonderful work Dr Raypower did for me. After 5 years in marriage with my husband with 2 kids, my husband started acting weird and going out with other ladies and showed me cold love, on several occasions he threatens to divorce me if I dare question him about his affair with other ladies, I was totally devastated and confused until a old friend of mine told me about a spell caster on the internet called Dr. Raypower who help people with relationship and marriage problem by the powers of love spells, at first I doubted if such thing ever exists but decided to give it a try, when I contact him, he helped me cast a love spell and within 48hours my husband came back to me and started apologizing, now he has stopped going out with other ladies and his with me for good and for real. Contact this great love spell caster for your relationship or marriage problem to be solved today via email: Urgentspellcast@gmail.com or Call or WhatsApp: +14243308109.

Just got Eleanor Burns' 40th Anniversary quilt back from the quilter's (made with KS Troubles fabrics) and it's ready for the binding. Three more LONG seams and I will have my Moda Block Heads 2 quilt top put together. I have been following Lynne and used KS Troubles red, tan, and blue with a splash of gold to complete this quilt. So, as you can see, I am ready to tackle a new KS Troubles project!
