We set up for a regional wholesale show by Moda today at the Faemstead Inn in Shipshewanna, IN. It was fun to meet some quilt shop owners from the area who we wouldn't normally see at market. A surprise visitor made my day. Sandy Klop of American Jane stopped in while visiting
family and friends in the area. Since she lives in CA, it was a real treat. All in all, a good day.
Tune in later this week as we travel across IN and visit 3 wonderful quilt shops for programs and workshops.
Later, Lynne

ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot about Shipshewanna, and would like to visit it someday. Heard they had a fantastic flee market! I don't know if they still do. Looking forward to pictures of Shipshewanna and hoping to win this week's give away. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI think you have the best job EVER!
ReplyDeleteHave fun! Sounds like a great "shop hop".
ReplyDeleteThink you should bring back some of the Splattered line. It is a nice addition to use in a quilt. I, too, am hoarding the little the little bit I have of it. I really enjoyed seeing your quilts tonight. I like them even more than I did in the books.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the trunk show last night(Bloomington, IN). Your fabrics and patterns are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteA KT Moda Head....
It's been a few years, but I followed someone's postings about Shipshewanna retreats before and it was almost like I was there! I would love to see the place and shop it's stores; sometimes I think they (the Amish) have one up on us with their simple living...more work, but so the way life should be...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'm up for a bit of spattering if it would come my way. :)
I don't have any Splatter Basics, so would love to win the charm packs. Enjoy your summmer! Lana
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win some of your Splattered fabric! Thanks for the chance! :0)

ReplyDeleteI am hoarding my small stash of KT spatter print fabs: tan, green and purple. One or the other always fits just right in 9-patches.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win Splattered Basics. Just the right fabrics to fit in with the rest.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lynne for a great class in Wabash In on June 6th. It was a blast.
