My Favorite KT Quilt Contest

KT Winner

Congratulations to Ozark Cajun. You're the winner of a KT Barn Raising pattern & KT Favorites charm pack. Now put that charm pack to good use and win big in our new quilt contest!

My Favorite KT Quilt Contest

I introduced the idea for a KT quilt contest in last week's blog post. I'm already receiving inquiries about what the rules are and what the prizes will be! As my grankids say, "Gramma doesn't have alot of rules, just don't mess with them!"

Here are a few official rules for  My Favorite KT Quilt Contest

1. Make a quilt (or enter an existing quilt) that features any Kansas Troubles' pattern using KT or any other Moda designer's fabric. For example, the Five & Dime quilt from Loose Change made with brights by Sandy Gervais' Pieces From My Heart - OR - Aleece's Charming Stars from Layers of Love with Primitive Gatherings fabric.

2. The quilt must include 1 Moda precut - charm pack, mini charm pack, Layer Cake, Jelly Roll, Honey Bun or Honeycomb.

3. Send a photo of your quilt to lynne@ktquilts.com.  Entries must be received by midnight December 31st. Your submission of a photo gives KTQ permission to publish your quilt on the KT blog site and in future blog posts.

The 3 finalists will be be posted here on Monday, January 5th. You will select the winner by voting in blog comments through January 10th. Winners will be announced on January 12th.

1st place winner will receive a $100 KT gift certificate; 2nd place - $50 KT gift certificate; 3rd place - $25 KT gift certificate. KT gift certificates are redeemable in store or online at ktquilts.com.

For inspiration, this week's giveaway is a new KT Favorites charm pack. Comment on your favorite Moda designer (other than KT) for a chance to win! I can't wait to see all the wonderful quilts!

I'm working on a Christmas quilt with your five and dime pattern and Moda's Winter Wonderland. Don't know if it'll be done by your contest deadline though!
