A little extra Vit. D this time of year can make all the difference in your outlook and mood. Try 4-5 drops of liquid Vitamin D each morning in a shot glass of your favorite juice (or water)for results in just a few days - magic! It's one of the cheapest and easiest fixes out there.
I whole heatedly agree. Vitamin D is a great thing!

ReplyDeleteJust LOVE the squares in your header! Can't wait to get ahold of those fabrics! Yes, Vitamin D is something a lot of us in the midwest are missing - mine has been so low that I was sleeping oodles - dr mentioned the drops and now I'm doing much better!
ReplyDeleteDrops? I've been taking capsules. They really do help! I was tested and found to be very low, even here in sunny CO. Guess we wear too much sunscreen! Can't win. Thanks so much for the health tip!

We are finishing off an area in our basement and your photo has given me a direction as to how I want to furnish it. I am going to use your fabrics to make a couple of pillows too! :-)
ReplyDeleteOops, forgot to add -- the Vitamin D supplement does work. I suffer from the "winter blahs" -- so I take Gummy Multi-Vitamins with 200% vitamin D -- it actually works! :-)
