PS - Cure for the Winter Blahs

A little extra Vit. D this time of year can make all the difference in your outlook and mood. Try 4-5 drops of liquid Vitamin D each morning in a shot glass of your favorite juice (or water)for results in just a few days - magic! It's one of the cheapest and easiest fixes out there.

  4. Just LOVE the squares in your header! Can't wait to get ahold of those fabrics! Yes, Vitamin D is something a lot of us in the midwest are missing - mine has been so low that I was sleeping oodles - dr mentioned the drops and now I'm doing much better!

  5. Drops? I've been taking capsules. They really do help! I was tested and found to be very low, even here in sunny CO. Guess we wear too much sunscreen! Can't win. Thanks so much for the health tip!

  6. Hi, I just found your blog through the Moda Pillow Talk blog hop. I just want to comment on the photo in your header -- LOVE IT! We are finishing off an area in our basement and your photo has given me a direction as to how I want to furnish it. I am going to use your fabrics to make a couple of pillows too! :-)

  7. Oops, forgot to add -- the Vitamin D supplement does work. I suffer from the "winter blahs" -- so I take Gummy Multi-Vitamins with 200% vitamin D -- it actually works! :-)
