My goal is to just get into the sewing room! I hope to spend New Years Day sorting/organizing and then start on my promise quilts (2 weddings, citizenship, out of the Marines, and a Navy quilt for my husband)As I finish one; I can play for a couple of weeks on my goal quilts. Things that I want to do for a variety of reasons. This is the year I start quilting again!!!!

KT Special

It's the beginning of a new year! The perfect time to start a new project. We have a couple of options for you for our KT January Special. Be Brave and Be a Star are booklets featuring my Harvest Hill fabric collection. Each quilt was inspired by conversations with my grankids about their dreams for the future and life lessons learned. Be Brave includes a lap quilt, runner and pillow with an easy arrow design created with simple flying geese units using my Layered Patchwork technique. Be a Star simplifies quarter square triangle units using the same method for a lap quilt, mini wall quilt and pillow. Each booklet retails for $12.95, but is on special this month for only $9.95 each. Purchase both booklets for only $18.00. That's a savings of over 30%!

I recently made a scrap jar quilt from the squares sewn into 16 squares blocks and I'm sure I used at least one Kansas Troubles fabric in every 4 patch. They are so rich. Love them. Thanks. And I hope your are feeling tip top in 2018.
