It's a cold, damp Monday here in Kansas. A perfect day to stay home with a hot cup of tea and cruise over to my fellow Moda designer's blogs. Hop on over to Minick and Simpson, Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill, Barb Groves of Me & My Sister and Deb Strain of Saltbox Studio today to kick off the 5-day Moda Designer Blog Hop. There's a block pattern and recipe at each website to download - free - as our little holiday gift to you. I'm sure there will be a few other surprises along the way, too.
Join me back here tomorrow for a chance to win something Sandhill Plums. And stay tuned for the BIG WINNER revealed on Friday of more than 1300 charm squares (see previous posts).
Happy Blog Hopping!

ReplyDeleteRunning out of time for making Christmas gifts but with a pile of beautiful charm squares, next year's gifts will be easy to make.
ReplyDeleteHi Lynne
ReplyDeleteJust got back from visiting the other designers.
Thanks, that was alot of fun. Wow what some great food recipes and block recipes. It would be pretty awesome to see all of the quilt blocks from each of the designers blog hop in one quilt. OMG Perfect Use those KT Charm Squares from the GREAT GIVEAWAY. It is really CCCold up here. Good cup of hot chocolate and over to the sewing room. Take care. D at dihauck@ndsupernet.com

Keep up the great work! Look forward to the pattern!
ReplyDeleteMaybe I could win this "present" for me! Love your way of changing up the traditional piecing! Merry Christmas! Laura J.B.
ReplyDeleteI think I would snuggle up with a nice cup or two of hot chocolate and under a warm quilt.. and then I would stitch some more of my circles I need to make for my next quilt.. I only need like 566 of them.
ReplyDeleteWe are finally getting cooler temps this week, so good time to snuggle up and work on new projects and follow the hop.

Wisconsin is cloudy and rather dull at the moment. The huge charm assortment would sure help make Wisconsin more cheerful. It would really make my Dec. 7 birthday extra special if on Friday the charms were heading this direction. Happy Holidays and I will keep my fingers crossed for the special treat to be on it way to me.
ReplyDeleteIt's so cold here. I'm trying to muster up courage to go out there and do a little shopping later.
ReplyDelete18 degrees oh my. In Napa it is one of the coldest days and it is 36. brrr
ReplyDeleteSo excited to see new things and learn about new designers (well I'm new to quilting so its new to me)... First Blog hop this should be fun!
ReplyDeleteLove the blog hop! So much creativity! It's inspiring. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteIt's cold in Iowa too, brrrr! Stay warm..
ReplyDeleteI'm in California... but in the mountains... so it's pretty nippy here too, but not as cold as where you are! Brrr. Thanks for a chance to win some wonderful charm squares!
ReplyDeleteWe had snow here in Arkansas yesterday, but thankfully it melted as fast as it came down. Up here in the mountains it is hard going when there is snow on the road, so most of us don't really wish for it! Personally, if it could snow only on the weekend and be gone by going-to-work time on Monday morning (with a small window for church on Sunday) it would be fine with me!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your blog, it is so interesting!
I love the richness of all your fabrics. Thanks for joining the blog hop. Patty
ReplyDeletefollow that closely,thanks
