Quilt Shop Wish List
I'm curious...if your local quilt would carry one thing on your wish list, that they don't right now, it would be.....Comment here before March 21st and win one of my ruler necklaces - your choice of charms or cross. I'd love to know what's on your wish list.
Wool kits. I'm intrigued with your wool patterns and would like to learn hand work.
ReplyDeleteSuperior threads would be tops on my list. Love the Aurifil too. Great necklaces. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteKT kits and King Tut thread for machine quilting. Thank you Lynne! Will you be doing internet sales at the store?
ReplyDeleteBernina sewing machines. The closest dealer is about 120 miles away. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteYour line of fabrics. I would like to touch and feel and then buy and sew!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see my local quilt store carry some good basic instructions for using precuts - how to sew them together and cut them for quicker quilt top assembly. Alternately, if they offered a class with an intro to all the different types of precuts and how to use them most effectively, that would be wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour shop looks like it is going to be amazing.
Rug hooking, with wool. I'm really interested in getting into that.
ReplyDeleteYour shop is loaded with all kinds of goodies I want! I can hardly wait for your opening. For those of us who have to shop via the internet, please take lots of pictures and keep us up to date on what's new. PayPal....here I come!
ReplyDeleteWhen I open the door to my local quilt shop I smell cookies baking, coffee and see smiles galore. You have been to Threads of Time in Danville,Il...a great shop! I wish they had more pre-cuts and woolies flannel and carried every piece of your collection.
ReplyDeleteCute, decorative items for the sewing room.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win.

Morning Lynne, I feel fortunate to have our little quilt shop within 50 miles, but would love to have your fabrics there (ofcourse). Thanks for the giveaway. Blessings and smiles, Emilou :-)
ReplyDeleteChocolate! :) Actually along with chocolate Weeks dye Works quilting threads.
ReplyDeleteReproduction fabrics - I have gotten so addicted to all the prints and colors. Right now I'm in the collection phase.
ReplyDeleteOH MY... First on the list would be KT and other reproduction era fabrics. Second would Valdani Perle cotton for big stitch. Sigh.....Love the necklaces !
ReplyDeleteQuilt collections as opposed to just random fabrics . I'm not good at putting different fabrics tigether and would love to see some collections stockedmtogether so it is easier for me to figure out what goes together.
ReplyDeleteI wish my LQS carried some of the great jewelry you have been showing and also wool! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI can't find size 8 perle cotton locally or nice wool felt. The internet is great but sometimes you just want it now, or to choose your colours in person.
ReplyDeleteGood thread and wool is on my listtoo! Love the jewelry too!
ReplyDeleteI wish they would carry Valdani perle cotton and thread. But I am grateful for the beautiful little shop in our small town, housed in a historical building on Main Street, called Hollyhock Quilt Shoppe. Such welcoming ladies, beautiful fabrics, and hot water for tea always.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see my LQS carry wool, and I wish it had a place to sit and look at books and drink tea.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win, it looks like your shop is going to be really nice.
I know the first thing on my list is already under control at your soon to be opened shop... Full lines of KT fabrics, and precuts. My second request would be hand dyed wools, and perle cottons for stitching.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see a good line of hand dyed wools and perle cottons. I know several of my friends think the very same thing. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteCreative Grids rulers and lots of Kansas Troubles fabrics! Love the jewlery
ReplyDeleteMore tone on tone fabric would be great. But i love those necklaces too!!!!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I love the wonderful fabrics, threads, rulers and such, I appreciate the little kits for quilt related small gifts. I can either make these little treasures for a friend that isn't crafry or give the kit to someone who is. Love the necklaces and stars and candles.
ReplyDeleteI wish my local shops had more precuts, a better supply (variety of colors) of quality threads such as aurifil and prescencia, and better whites. So enjoying the sneak peaks of your opening. Can't wait to shop online!
ReplyDeleteI would like my LQS to carry more primitive gifty items. And jewelry too. Good luck with your shop. We will have to do a road trip some time. HUGS... and stitches
ReplyDeleteI would like to try a small wool project - they look like fun. Also, perle cotton for either hand quilting or embroidery. Your shop sonds like a great place to spend time looking at all the goodies.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see more samples of small wool projects with embroidery to give me ideas. Good luck with the grand opening, wish I lived closer.
